International summits are seemingly part of the daily business routine at Bayer Crop Science: The Euro trip of our loyal Big Moments’ client was truly elevating this year.
Above the roofs of Austria, Mönchsberg and Kapuzinerberg within reach: The highlight of the exclusive summit of sales teams from all over the world in 2019 was undoubtedly the helicopter panorama shuttle for a cosy get-together at the Lärchenhütte on the Zwölferhorn. In bright sunshine, the hand-picked employees enjoyed an unforgettable view on the Salzburg mountain range.
In addition to various worldwide symposia, Big Moments regularly designs and implements breathtaking tours for selected members of Bayer Crop Science’s global sales organization. Other highlights of the four-day program included a vintage car tour in the Salzburger Land and an exclusive tour of the famous giant Ice World in Werfen. The official occasion of the meeting was the 40th anniversary of one of the successful products of the Monheim-based company. After the festive award ceremony in the trendy Düsseldorf Media Harbour, the trip passed numerous German and Austrian sights – always presented in a fresh and inspiring way for a unique first hand experience of our guests.
Big Moments developed a substantial tailor-made incentive concept with many exclusive surprises for the participants. The teams came from China, India or the Philippines and travelled around the globe for this memorable event. The incentive experts from Munich not only researched all locations, service providers and handled the complexe logistics, but also took care of a smooth running trip on site. Invitation management, budget control and documentation are naturally part of the comprehensive range of services.
“Many of our clients have been relying on our all-round carefree service for decades when it comes to organising large, international incentive trips and congress management,” reveals Annika Keilhauer, Managing Director of Wächter & Wächter PR & Event GmbH. “Although the running sequence may seem routine work, the creative job by all means is NOT! A powerful staging of our clients’ products needs fresh inspiration everytime around.”
