Gross floor area, square metre prices: the presentation of real estate projects can become incredibly boring, but they don’t have to – thanks to Big Moments. During the Expo Real, one of the largest real estate trade shows in the world, we stage the most important projects of LBBW Immobilien as a glamorous fashion show at an evening gala in the former counter hall of the Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper. Literally tailor-made real estate projects! At the Expo Real Fashion Night, international top models present trendy designs that turn the special architecture of various major projects into genuine eye-catchers! The transformation of the former SZ building into an attractive shopping location is accomplished on the catwalk in no time at all: A reversible coat by designer Ruth Gassner – on the outside in the look of the SZ, on the inside as a visualisation of the future architecture of the Hofstatt – bring on the change. The creations for the Palais an der Oper, the Stachus-Passage and “The Seven” are also greeted with standing ovations. Whether street art, human mapping or shadow theatre – the shows of the now cult VIP customer event enchant around 300 invited guests every year, and still counting.
