Cheese is Switzerland’s most important agricultural export product. Small, partly family-run village cheese dairies produce world-famous specialities such as Appenzeller, Swiss Emmentaler AOP and Le Gruyère AOP by hand. Since 2013, Talk of Town has held the PR account for Swiss cheese in Germany. Media cooperations in print and online, radio features, blogger, reader and journalist trips to the traditional Chästeilet or the Swiss Cheese Awards show that cheese is a serious business in Switzerland! Thanks to intensive PR work and the management of the social media channels, we are positioning the Swiss national symbol as the cheese for connoisseurs.
