Built for success: The city quarter “Am Hirschgarten” had no positioning, no logo, no press – it existed only as a plan on paper. Today the central quarter is talk of the town. PR strategy and storytelling are based on an attractive idea: More city plus nature is hardly possible! Munich’s then Lord Mayor Christian Ude praises the project logically as “urban development by textbook”. Whether it’s a residents’ magazine, an investor conference with a hunter’s stand, or a panel discussion at the Expo Real tradeshow – we always provide the right talking points. Highlight of the 360° marketing campaign: The newly created suburban train station at Friedenheimer Brücke is christened “Hirschgarten” for PR purposes. Since then we have been managing all major real estate projects of Aurelis Real Estate in Bavaria, most recently the so-called Triebwerk in Munich-Neuaubing.
