Together with Regio Augsburg Wirtschaft GmbH, Wächter PR creates the A³ Real Estate Award – sustainable ideas for tomorrow“. Application period ends December 2022!
The stage for the announcement of a new real estate award could not have been more fitting: The first round of applications was officially launched in July as part of the A³ Real Estate Congress in Augsburg. Andreas Thiel, CEO of Regio Augsburg Wirtschaft GmbH, and Annika Keilhauer, CEO of Wächter PR GmbH, together with Andreas Lesser, prize sponsor of the main category and general partner of TONI IMMOBILIEN Dr. Krafft KG, announced the new award for Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the first time.
Building Visions
The award is open to real estate project developments throughout the German-speaking world that stand out for innovative building ideas, a sustainable and resource-efficient approach, socially relevant concepts and/or forward-looking architecture. Whether a high-rise made of wood, an inflatable concert hall or a green power plant – the decisive factor is that the projects set impulses for the future.
The prize is thus dedicated to individuals, companies or organisations that have driven forward sustainable real estate projects. While the broadly diversified main category addresses people from the fields of architecture, real estate development and urban planning, the secondary category addresses young professionals under 30 who can shine with sustainable ideas in the real estate sector. Entrants can submit a (partially) realised project that is no older than three years or a concept study for a planned project development in the next five years.

“It’s worth taking part!” says Annika Keilhauer, CEO of Wächter PR. “Interested architecture firms or project developers only need the completed application form, a short project description and two high-resolution visualisations, plan sketches or project photos to apply”. The agency created and implemented the award concept, networking and the accompanying PR campaign.
